Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak has recently made an announcement during the MIC’s 64th general assembly, which was that regardless of races, skin colors, backgrounds, anyone who manage to score 9A+ in SPM examination will be qualified or granted for the JPA’s (PSD) scholarship, for either overseas or local study programs. In his complementary, he stated that physically 1 Malaysia is not just a spirit or slogan, but it is a concept that should be practiced and actualized.
“Each student — whether Malay, Chinese, Indian, Kadazan or others — who obtains 9A+ qualifies for the PSD scholarship, be it for studies locally or overseas.”
“This shows that 1Malaysia is not only a slogan but is being practised in Malaysia.”

Will the rest of 9A who couldn’t get 9A+ be given JPA loan to further their studies??? Will Najib announce again?
which university will the student be sent to if they scored 9A+ in SPM?
(please mention those local university and overseas university)
can they choose the university themselves?
Does it mean if I’m taking 10 subjects but only get 9A+ still I’m qualified to get JPA’s scholarship? And I am a little confused about the marks considered A+, some say 85 and above and some say 90++?
still need to interview?
local uni or overseas?
