I am a citizen of Mauritius and intend to open a Culinary Institute in Mauritius. I am inquiring whether University of Malaysia is interested to set up a branch in Culinary discipline here. Mauritius has an expanding and proliferating tourism industry so this kind of institution will be highly beneficial for this part of the Indian ocean and Africa region as we do not have such in the vicinity.
